Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
cad-new-project assumes a blank page. Nearly everyone who tries Cadence arrives with a half-built codebase and a messy history, and today the tool has nothing for them - the biggest adoption gap in the surface.
/cad-adopt reverse-engineers PROJECT.md, REQUIREMENTS.md and a remaining-work ROADMAP.md from the code and git history, then asks the deep questions ONLY where the code cannot answer - the same questioning discipline as new-project, scoped to the holes. Ships .planning/ in the same shape every other command already reads, so the rest of the spine needs zero changes.
Same family as --brief: Cadence meeting work that started outside Cadence.
