v1.1 git lifecycle
Phase 1 - git branching + guard model: protected-branch guard, base-integrity / no-main-drift check, per-milestone integration branches, atomic conventional commits, never-auto-push.
Phase 2 - land cleanup + autonomous close:
git.on_land_cleanup(default on): return to a pulled base and reap the merged integration branchgit.auto_close(default off): unattended close (audit, tag, PR, merge, reset) with thepre_shipgate preservedgit-publishseam: the one code-guarded push for the GitHubauto_closearm; git-guard carries no push exemption and asks on every Bash pushclose-decision,publish-decision); 217 tests green, self-verify cleanDraft: more work coming before this ships.
