Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Tier: MAYBE · decide deliberately
assumption-delta: a rarely-firing, non-blocking checkpoint that surfaces one identity-model question when a phase turns something singular/required into plural/optional, so primary-key drift doesn't accumulate.
Why consider: clever and cheap.
Decision needed: the niche firing rate is the only knock. Is the drift it catches worth a standing checkpoint?
